Do you need your images in a hurry? No problem. By choosing our 24-hour delivery add-on you will receive all images within 24 hours after the shoot.

Prepare
I'll send you a handy checklist before the shoot; making sure your place shines and everything goes smoothly for the photoshoot!

Picture time
The big day! I'll show up at your property with all the necessary gear, ready to dive into the shoot. It usually takes about two hours (depending on your property's size) to capture the best shots.
04.
Delivering photos
Expect your edited pictures within a week, showcasing your property looking its absolute best.

I have a very good camera on my phone. Why would I hire an expensive photographer?
Investing in a professional photographer brings a world of difference to showcasing your home.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?
If you can arrange access to the property, you don't need to be present during the shoot. I actually prefer it that way.
How many pictures will I receive?
That depends on the size of your property. I don't like to limit myself to a predetermined amount of images, because I want to get all the shots I like.
Are you available outside of Chania?
I am available to travel to any location with my camera. Please note, for areas outside the city of Chania or Apokoronas, there will be additional charges for travel expenses.
Do you make photos for AirBNB or booking.com?
Yes, I take photos tailored for the platform. My aim is to boost your bookings by creating a visually appealing story for your property.
What if I need to cancel our appointment?
If you need to cancel and reschedule our photography appointment for any reason, please call or text me at 6987727909 or email me at jeroen@studiobosman.com as soon as possible.
A cancellation fee of € 125,- is charged if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
